While our name is new in 2025, our story began long before that.
Don Peterson & Associates has been a trusted part of Nebraska real estate since 1956. For nearly seven decades, our company has been built on relationships, local knowledge, and a commitment to doing what’s right for our clients and communities. That foundation continues to guide everything we do today.
In 2025, we partnered with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand to strengthen our ability to serve our clients — giving our agents access to expanded tools, marketing, and support, while remaining locally owned, locally led, and deeply connected to the communities we call home.
We are proud to be the largest residential real estate developer in the Fremont area, helping shape neighborhoods such as Day Acres and SunRidge Place. Just as important, we believe in giving back and actively supporting local organizations that help our communities grow and thrive.
